Order Staying Proceedings (Clarkson)
I've got an AP before Judge Clarkson for denial of dischargeability of
a debt. We've got a state court action pending on liability, and
Clarkson ordered a stay of proceedings pending resolution of the state
court matter.
If anyone has an Order Staying Proceedings that I could work with as a
starting point, I'd sure appreciate it.
