valuing a wrongful death lawsuit

Hi all,
I have a potential client that has no significant assets and she would
otherwise qualify for a chapter 7, except for the fact that she is a
plaintiff in a wrongful death lawsuit under several theories, but mainly
that there was an unsafe condition on the premises. She doesn't believe
that she will actually recover anything because of certain problems with
the case and the attorney cannot put a value on her potential recovery. I
have warned her about the obvious risks of filing chapter 7, but I was
wondering how others would handle valuation of an "unknown" like this on
the schedules. Thanks.
Sincerely,
