Dear Colleagues!
As cdcbaa's representative to the CDCA's Bankruptcy Bar Advisory Board ("BABs"). At our last BABs Board meeting, the Court challenged the various Bar Associations to come up with suggestions and proposals from our respective members to "improve the efficience and management of the Court".

The Court is not looking for better rulings from judges or the like -- but more specific suggestions. For example: can we streamline the process of removing private identification information ("PII") from a document that has accidently already been filed containing PII in such a way that it does not require disclosing the exact PII again in order to "undisclose it" and seal the documents. Apparently other jurisdictions have a much more efficient process for this.
The next meeting of the BABs is September 15. If you have any proposals that you like to make, please send them to me off the listserv at HigginbothamLaw@aol.com and please provide some context or background for the suggestion. I will be happy to present it to the Board.
Thank-you!
