Need to get order from AP entered in main case docket - how do I do this?

Santa Ana Chapter 13 Tee wants me to get an order from an AP that was
entered during the preconversion Chapter 7 entered into the main case
docket. How do I do that? Do I just file some kind of notice of entry of
order and attach the order as an exhibit?
