I wonder if it makes a difference if the loan was "transferred" to Navient? If that was the case I would expect that the creditor would have filed a transfer of claim with the court.

I'd file an application for an OSC re contempt. The plan is binding and the court will grant the OSC, this will wake up the creditor.

Hi Larry, in my opinion you'll eventually have to litigate. In the
meantime, your client should avail itself of civil code sec 1500.

I have a client with a confirmed chapter 11 plan that provides for payment
on her students loans. Client cannot get Sallie Mae to take payment or give
her an address for payment. Sallie Mae says they can't take payment while
she is in Bankruptcy.
The phone number on the proof of claim is the general info line.
I have sent letters, there is no response. There is no email contact.
Does anyone have a contact at Sallie Mae that might understand Ch11?
