Listmates:
I have a client who lost her job and is nearing retirement at age 63. Ie Trustee. 20 months left on a 60 month plan.
Its possible that she could get a job but unlikely.
Ive looked at cases and postings on the cdcbaa yahoo group on this and have some samples of motions, but the circumstances were different.
Has anyone successfully been granted a hardship discharge in similar circumstances? Or if you would just opine as whether you think its a worthwhile shot.
