Chapter 13 plan - final draft for approval

A few weeks back, I circulated our proposed Chapter 13 plan changes,
which was also on its way to the judicial subcommittee. At that time,
there was no opposition from any member of the CDCBAA who reviewed the
draft. This makes sense since it more or less included our own
suggestions at the meeting just prior.
Now, the judges have reviewed our changes and we have a new, final
draft. While I have not yet gone through this final draft, I'm told by
Aki there are no substantive changes to our proposals. In other words,
there are only other words to effectuate the changes we suggested as
they continue forward.
I'll give you all a few days to review. Given this should already embody
our proposals, if there are no new objections by next Thursday, I'll let
Aki and the judicial subcommittee know that this final draft is endorsed
by CDCBAA, which I'm told will help it get to implementation.
If you have a problem with Yahoo letting you download the attached Word
file, just email me and I'll shoot you a copy that way.
