Frank-
I did one a few years ago in Stewart, 2:12-bk-41434 NB. The motion was filed in mid-April 2015. At that time I could not find any forms that worked so I drafted the motion. I did file it on notice and opportunity to object. The motion was for authority to incur the debt and to approve the purchase of the residence by debtors.

Subject: [cdcbaa] motion to incur debt to purchase a residence
I have a client in a confirmed 100% Chapter 13 plan. His lease is up on his current residence and he wants to purchase a house and has been preapproved to do so with no money down through a VA program. Has anyone received court approval for a chapter 13 debtor to purchase a house? If so, did you use a LBR form? I looked at motion to incur debt to refinance property and also motion to incur debt to purchase personal property and neither form fits this situation. Can you provide case information so I can find a sample motion?
Thanks,
Frank
