PNC needs a lawyer - and it isn't me
Posted: Tue Jun 26, 2018 5:16 pm
PNC lends large amount of money to the buyer of his company for the purchase
of the company. Buyer also borrows more money to secure company, even
though he told PNC that he had his own money in the deal. Fast forward, PNC
believes the Buyer is about to go into BK and needs legal counsel.
He needs to talk to the right kind of lawyer. That is not my strength and I
am too many years removed from my days of representing big banks and
lenders.
So who is the right lawyer? Is it someone in this group? Seeking
recommendations. I will forward all recommendations to PNC and let him sort
it out.
Thank you all.
