Dear Listmates, happy holidays!
I believe this question was asked previously but I saw no response. I have a pending Judge Klein case where my client would like to become part of the LMMP program. It is my understanding that Judge Klein does not participate in the program. Therefore, I would like to file a Motion to Transfer Case to any of the other DTLA Chapter 13 Judges since it appears they all now participate in the program. I imagine it would procedural make the most sense to transfer the case to Judge Bason since we would retain the same Trustee Kathy Dockery.
Does anyone have any sample Motions they can share or a case number they can point me to?
Thanks,
David S. Shevitz, Esq.*
