Debtor needsto refinance a car loan over a 5 year period.before flling a Chapter 13. Debtor has bad credit but iscurrent on his car loan and there is equity. Maybe a trade-in with new or used car financing? Any lender or dealer referrals? 722 does not do prebankruptcy loans for fear of acram down among other issues.
