I would file a fee application, so the trustee has the authority to pay you as an administrative expense.

One of the conditions of the sale will be that the Ch 13 trustee will get their fees. You need to piggy back off of that and get the trustee to collect your fees as well.
I have a Chapter 13 right now, no confirmation, that the sale was approved and I can not close because the Chapter 13 trustee will not give us the number they want held for their fees. I have left multiple messages and emails and not received a phone call in return. So frustrating.
