Discharge effect on Surety Bond

I don't think the surety is the same as insurance... so double check.

No. I dont have authority and I think it may be so well settled that youd have to go back a long ways to find authority.
A bond is just insurance. It would be the same as an auto casualty company not having to pay out because its insured filed a Chapter 7.
