FW: Trustee Request to Dismiss

I guess I should have looked down my NEF notice further.
The case was already dismissed, for failing to "appear at the initial 341A and any continuances" (Untrue) apparently in an automatically triggered response since it's in the same NEF.
However, he did attend the initial one and had been providing copious documents since.
So now I'm having to do a Motion to Set Aside an order or reconsider an order if I can do so before the case closes, or reopening the case to do so.
Does anyone have a case # where they've had to deal with this issue?
