Dear Members:
Attached please find the proposed rule changes one of which particularly
annoys me as a solo practitioner. . . . The court may deem it a waiver of
objection to form of an ORDER if you are given a proposed Order from
opposing counsel and fail to WITHIN 24 HOURS sign it and return it. As a
solo practitioner, this rule fails to take into consideration weekends,
holidays and vacations when perhaps being able to respond is absolutely
infeasible when you don't have a team of paralegals and other associate
counsel who work round the clock for you and its just you. If you agree
please send email voicing your objection to

possible but no later than October 24, 2018.
