I remember Judge Riblet telling a debtor that a car was necessary, but a BMW
was not; the context was a reaffirmation hearing. Also not my client.

Is the trustee going to have a problem with that? Filing as a Chapter 7,
but we are close to the line and may need to convert to a Chapter 13.
Any thoughts?
