I should clarify. That has been my experience, as long as the client stays current and you let Toyota know they wish to retain.

Toyota Financial is now picking up cars immediately after the 341(a) if the Debtor puts Retain in the Statement of Intention.
We all know they allow Retain and Pay, but be sure to put Reaffirm in there anyway.
