Shellpoint Issue

I have a chapter 13 case where the debtor recently completed the plan and
received her discharge.
Shellpoint became her Mortgage servicer early in the plan. About two years
into the plan they attempted to collect arrearages for past due tax escrow
account by filing a notice of mortgage increase. No proof claim was ever
filed.
There was no escrow account in her mortgage and after several letters
Shellpoint conceded and in 2017 acknowledged in writing that no escrow
payment was due.
Now that the case is discharged, Shellpoint is demanding payment of back
escrow charges.
Has anyone else seen this from Shellpoint or other servicers?
