The Flawed Chapter 13 Plan....

Dear Members.
I am putting on a very very muy fun MCLE program in May in the Valley. I
hope you will be able to attend. I would like your input. Would you please
contact me off-list with the worst issues and mistakes you have seen or
come up with in a Chapter 13 Plan. I am also interested in any wacky Plan
terms that one would never expect to gain approval but did. You will be
given attribution credit or anonymity, whichever you prefer! Our Committee
will give a prize for the worst and the best plan term volunteered.
Deadline for submissions will be April 5th.
