Survey - How long can pass before you have to update

Hello Giovanni:I make a point of saying, in my retainer, that I can require a new agreement if I do not hear from the debtor for 120 days. My weakness is not enforcing this, but I think it sends a great signal: you can't expect me to file your case for the same amount I quoted when you let time (and income, and assets, and debts) accumulate. - John D.
