Abacus. It captures all your client emails and you can upload documents to the client files, depending on the version, does a great job with your billing and has the ability to do a type of general ledger. Keeps track of your trust account.

Listmates,
I have been using Best Case and intend to continue to do so, however the "Practice Management" side is not served by Best Case.
In the past, I have used a combination of MS Office Outlook,Exchange and timekeeping, IOLTA trust account management, templates for pleadings, conflict checking and CMR.
I am wondering what all of your are using. All ideas and feedback are greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance!
