My client just paid off an adversary proceeding money judgment. I cannoffind a form for a Satisfaction, so I ginned one up myself. I asked
opposing counsel to notarize his signature on the Satisfacion (a state court
procedure, I know). He did not, of course.
Now I cannot find any AP event code that is remotely close. No local
rule. No Federal Rule. Has anyone experience with these in a BK court? I
feel i am winging this and doing it wrong.
Thanks\
