There is no nonexempt equity because of the unavoidable portion of the judgment lien.

Just so I'm clear on the math:
If the house is worth $500,000
And the voluntary liens are $350,000
And the judgment lien is $100,000
And the Debtor has a $ 75,000 homestead exemption,
Is it true that I can only remove $25,000 of the judgment lien and not the
entire lien?

Just so I'm clear on the math:If the house is worthxemption, Is it true that I can only remove $25,000 of the judgment lien and not the entire lien?
