Chapter 13 Best Efforts Test Form B22c

Colleagues,
I received an objection to my including business expenses on line 5 of form
b22c, citing In re Wiegand, but I'm not sure where else to include these
expenses.
What is the consensus on the line item for business expenses on these
forms. It's counter intuitive.
