Hello Everyone,
I have a potential client who wants to file a Chapter 7 Bankruptcy. She got a loan from her credit union and they made her secure that loan with her truck. The truck was already paid off. The loan is for $9,000 and the truck is only worth $3,000. If she wants to keep her truck, will she have to reaffirm the debt and pay off the $9,000 loan?
