Then you need to speak with the correct person. It is a violation of the
automatic stay to withhold a license due to *nonpayment*. Discharge does
not matter, at all. If discharge is denied, they may reinstate the
suspension. Anything they cite is preempted. Note: nonpayment and health
and safety is a different matter.
