Dischargeable in a 13 not a 7. Place it in schedule F since it isn't secured nor is it priority.

I've been trying to analyze whether equalization payment order in a DSO
proceeding is non-dischargeable. It looks like it is in a 13 but not in a
7. So does it's priority change depending if it is a 13 or 7?
