You are invited to Settlement
Agreements: What You Need to Know for State and Bankruptcy Courts on Nov.
4, 2014. It is approved for
three (3) hours of MCLE credit.
Since most cases settle, this will be an introductory program
about key provisions that should be included in state court proceedings especially if bankruptcy may be on the horizon and different types of
settlement agreements available in bankruptcy court proceedings.
The program is presented by Public Counsel, and is cosponsored
by cdcbaa and the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Central District of California.
