Depends. If they signed a prenup, no. If not, income is community property and is property of the estate.

Is the income of a new spouse of a confirmed chapter 13 debtor property of the estate? In other words, can a trustee move for an increase in the payments based on the income increase to the debtor which is the result of the new spouses income? Marriage occured after confirmation.
