I have a potential client who has been an Herbalife distributor for some
time and is already entitled to receive almost $45,000 per month. Has
anyone out there had experience with Herbalife and whether the Chapter 7
Trustee would try to monetize the Herbalife membership or distributorship
such as by selling it, etc. I have handled cases with State Farm debtors
and the Chapter 7 trustees haven't been able to do anything with their
State Farm business because it is not transferrable. Any anecdotal or
other experience that any of you could share would be helpful.
