Do we still have to serve the US Atty's office when we

My contacts at IRS tell me that, notwithstanding what the court says in
Appendix D, the IRS has not waived the tripartite service. Go ahead and
serve the local US Attorney and Eric Holder, in addition to centralized
insolvency in Philadelphia. It's also probably a good practice to serve the
bankruptcy specialist locally as well.
