LA Chapter 13 with false social security number

Gaurav Datta and I happened to be in court today where the Chapter 7 Debtor admitted to using a falsified social security number and Michael Hauser of the trustees office was there to ask additional questions and then the conversation continued in the hallway. You should expect significant questioning about how the Debtor came to obtain the social security number, whether it was purchased, and what other things the Debtor has done with that social security number, like obtaining employment.
