ch. 13: After confirmation debtor failed to pay mortgage

After confirmation, a debtor (non my client) failed to pay 3 months of
mortgage about a year ago. Now the bank has filed a motion for relief
from automatic stay for the late payment. What are her options? Can
she amend her plan to address these late payments?
