Converting one spouse only from 13 to 7

Sam is right. A motion to bifurcate is required. Make a simple motion, allege jurisdiction, divorce, want bifurcation and conversion to 7. Dec to support. I haven't done one in years, too long ago to still have the file, but if I recall correctly, you have to pay a chapter 7 fee, as you cannot get two cases for the price of one. I have a vague memory of the spouses fighting over which had to pay the extra fee
