How do I get relief from a scheduling order that included time to

That might be difficult. The other side wants mediation and thinks
plaintiff should not have to incur expense of flying here from east coast.
Also claims medical issues, but I have my doubts. If I can't get a stip,
any ideas? File a motion? Stip is suppose to be filed Monday.
