As previously stated, a 7016 motion. It must be filed before, on on the date you have been ordered to mediate, or you will have violated the order and will get little sympathy from the court.

Mediation was not "court ordered" however we now have a "scheduling order" saying we need to file a stip by a certain date since we agreed to mediate. How do I get relief from this? I don't want to violate a court order (this is MW who put the other atty in jail :-)
