Great information!
I also use the listserv emails for searches on topics like, "Free case law" and past emails will pop up for me to review BEFORE I post questions to the listserve because I know that my question most likely has already been asked before. Gmail is great for that.
I'll also go to the Yahoo directory folders if I'm in need of motions, or forms, etc. there's a lot of good information there too.
Blogs are a great resource for information, case law and analysis. Just to brag about Nick Gebelt a bit here because he is a Certified Specialist, VERY smart and I convinced him to start blogging: http://www.southerncaliforniabankruptcylawblog.com/
Oh and our very own Professor Hayes and his gaggle of writers at: http://www.centraldistrictinsider.com/
The information is out there. Hope this helps.

Google Scholar: contains function to "Shepardize" cases (http://scholar.google.com) For example, go
to scholar.google.com, click icon for "legal opinions and journals", type search
"Dewsnup v. Timm", it pulls up the full case, then click the "how cited" icon,
and it pulls up quotes and citations of Dewsnup from other cases.
