Chapter 11 Final Report

Colleagues:
I had a Chapter 11 converted to a Chapter 7. I've never had one convert successfully before! Now I need to file a final report with the US Trustee's office per Rule 1019(5)(A). I can't find any information on what goes into the final report. Is it the same as what is given to the Chapter 7 trustee listing unpaid debts incurred post-petition?
