Can debtor file CH 13 on 523(a)(15) AP judgment previously entered in

Normally a 523(a)(15) debt is dischargeable in a chapter 13, but not a
chapter 7. Does an actual nondischargeable judgment under 523(a)(15) in a
previous chapter 7 affect the dischargeability of this debt in a subsequent
chapter 13? I wouldn't think so. What do you think?
