Good afternoon Colleagues:
As you may be aware, I am the committee chair for the Supplemental Service Flat Fee Project. This subcommittee has been tasked with providing the Chapter 13 Committee with recommendations as to how much should be charged on a flat fee basis for supplemental services which are commonly provided in a chapter 13 case.
To accomplish this goal, I have attached an Excel Template for your office to provide its recommendations for how much should be charged for each supplemental service. Please attach approved supplemental fee applications and any other evidence which you belief is relevant to the schedule to support your recommendations. The supplemental fee applications should be annotated or otherwise clearly marked to show which line items are being used as evidence and what specific supplemental service you are addressing. A short email explaining how you reached your conclusions with your data would be helpful as well.
Finally , please email your Attorney Flat Fee Schedule Package to me as PDF documents and the deadline for emailing your Package is March 15, 2012.
