I'm not understanding the 90 day issue. Is there a potential preference? Is
the important date the date the divorce judgment was entered, or the day of
separation, or date of filing the divorce action?

Under SOFA #18 (transfers), would I list that the Debtor and ex-spouse
split their assets in a recent divorce when the assets had de minimus
value? Debtor relinquished any interest in an Inc. but the Inc. is
currently a suspended corp. with only speculative value. I know it's
important to disclose, but am wondering what is a good way to make such a
disclosure. Any suggestions are appreciated.
