Existing Ch. 11 client is defendant in a lawsuit by one of its employees.
Lawsuit also names as defendant another company housed in the same building
as existing client and makes alter ego allegations even though there's no
question plaintiff was existing client's former employee, not an employee
of the other company (whose owners are different). Is there any reason
counsel for existing client can be said not to be disinterested so that he
could not represent both companies in separate chapter 11s?
