Ditech not accepting Mortgage

This is about CH7 Debtors' residence. There is a recorded homestead.
Debtors are joint tenants [deed recorded 2007] with daughter and son in law.
Daughter and son in law live elsewhere.
Mortgage borrowers are only the daughter and son in law.
Debtors schedules list the property and the Lien.
Transfer to JT occurred after the trust deed was recorded. TD assigned to
MERS in 2006.
Ditech is the present beneficiary.
Ditech rejects daughters mortgage payment because the property is listed in
debtors' bankruptcy.
Has anyone seen Ditech refuse mortgage payments?
