Hearing aid reaffirmation

How would the creditor repossess them? They cannot breach the peace in doing so. Are they going to rip them out of her ears? What torts would that involve: assault, battery, intentional infliction of emotional distress?

Hearing aid reaffirmation

A creditor is requesting reaffirmation on a hearing aid. It seems like redemption would be better, but how do you value a used hearing aid?
Any suggestions of what to do here? I'd hate to have the client call me up later and say they'd repossessed her hearing aids. How would she even hear me in that conversation?
