IRS Notices of Intent to Levy After Discharge

Hello Gerald:
I've never seen this one.If truly past the CSED, file for either a collection due process hearing or equivalent hearing (depending on what rights IRS is giving you). CDP stops the collection process, equivalent hearing usually does. Then tell IRS that "the CSED is over, there is a discharge, please don't levy."You can also sue IRS for willful violation of the stay. that not only were discharged, but also were past the CSED?
