I was hoping someone could inform we whether Judge Smith in Santa will confirm a Chapter 13 case prior to the filing and/or entered order on a Motion to Avoid a Junior Lien pursuant to 506(d) (AKA "LAM MOTION"). Any help would be sincerely appreciated!
