I assume you are discussing the car loan - original message was not
attached. Guaranty is not unusual at all. Guarantor does NOT need to be
co-owner - and usually isn't. This is an unsecured debt for guarantor and a
secured debt for owner. It would be difficult to persuade most of our
Judges to permit reaffirmation of an UNSECURED debt.

Are you saying she is a co-signer, but not a co-owner? Seems odd. If she
owns it, and is obligated on the loan, she gets the ownership expense, as
far as I can tell. Anyone diasagree?
