Downtown Ch 13 Question

Client would be a downtown Chapter 13 filer.
Client is the sole owner of a corporation which operates a small business.
Some of the employees are partially paid in cash and who knows what other
labor law or immigration problems exist.
Question: since the corporation is not the debtor, does the Chapter 13
trustee look into these issues?
