I have a case in front of Zurzolo with Nancy Curry as Trustee and I just
never made the payments and did not hear any objection from anyone,
including the mortgage holder. When I filed the adversary (and it must be
an adversary, not a motion) they stipulated to judgment.

Put it in the plan and file the adversary. If the AV is moving ok he
will not require payments.

Judge is Zurzolo, question is simple. I recall that Judge Zurzolo will allow debtor to suspend making payments to the unsecured junior pending resolution of the Lam adversary. Must I bring a motion to that effect, or can I just put it in the Misc. plan provisions, or better yet just stop making the payments once the adversary is filed?
