Patrick, I was merely keeping the old subject from the old thread for
continuity's sake. I don't know if the annuity is 403. I suppose that's
part of my question - how to make that determination in our due diligence?

Your subject line says 403 annuity. How do you know it is a 403(b) annuity?

For those of us dumb in these areas, what makes an annuity exemptable under
541 or 522? Potential bankruptor has $100,000 in an annuity and is very
recently retired. The statement isn't going to say "we're exemptable" so
what are the indicators an aggressive Chapter 7 trustee would want to see to
convince her to look away?
